vb&t Preservatives<\/strong> specializes in advising on and executing the enhancement of sustainability for existing real estate, as well as in the development of sustainable new constructions. We enjoy collaborating with our clients to establish the right sustainability principles for new construction and renovation projects.<\/span> We go beyond just the sustainability aspects, considering all facets of the building, its installations, and the financial possibilities. This ultimately results in a tailored, advisory service.<\/p>\n

According to national and European regulations, every building must meet sustainability requirements and comply with laws and regulations. These requirements, combined with the various technical possibilities, make a project-based advisory approach particularly suitable<\/p>\n

Each project is unique and therefore requires a unique approach. At vb&t Preservatives<\/strong> we adopt a structured and client-oriented approach and provide comprehensive advice for this.
\nWe begin with a thorough analysis of the current situation and sustainability needs. Based on our analyses, we develop a concrete tailored advisory report that complies with laws and regulations. The tailored advice not only includes the logical steps for enhancing sustainability but also contains a financial budget with a subsidy scan and an implementation plan. Additionally, we assess the added value for future use (or rental). This involves, on one hand, the Total Cost of Housing (TCH) and, on the other hand, the attractiveness of the property in the market (value\/rentability).
\nWhen the tailored advice is put into action, we will consult with the client regarding the procurement method, contract form, and the overall execution to achieve the best possible process. We also assist you in obtaining environmental certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, and WELL.<\/p>\n
