Project Description
The Bolduc office complex at Utopialaan 22 in 's-Hertogenbosch consists of four buildings with a total of 22,000 m² of office space. Originally developed as 'the office of the future,' the complex has undergone a thorough revitalization in recent years. vb&t has been closely involved in these revitalization and sustainability projects since 2006.
Renovation and Interior Design
The revitalization includes the refurbishment of approximately 22,000 m² of office space, with updates to the entrances and common areas. Additionally, a new restaurant and a business center have been created, making the complex an attractive work environment. As a result of these changes, the office complex has not only become more functional but has also gained a fresh, modern appearance
Enhancement of sustainability
One of the main aspects of the revitalization is the complete sustainability of the complex. This includes the installation of an innovative WKO system (Heat-Cool Storage), which contributes to more efficient energy use. The sustainability measures ensure that the office complex meets modern energy performance and sustainability requirements. Thanks to the efforts of vb&t, these measures have been carefully integrated into the renovation.
